Delivery policy

This delivery policy aims to provide our customers with a clear and transparent understanding of how the delivery process at FrostGlow works, as well as the terms and conditions that apply to the shipping and distribution of our products.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days from the time payment has been received and confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional periods or unforeseen events, the processing time may be extended, in which case the customer will be immediately informed via email.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time is normally 5-10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's geographical location, the carrier's capacity and any customs or import delays. FrostGlow cannot be held responsible for delays that occur due to factors beyond our control.

3. Delivery confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. This confirmation contains:

  • A unique tracking number
  • Link or instructions on how to track the package To facilitate tracking, we also provide the ability to track the shipment through a special app, which can be accessed via the link in your confirmation.

4. Shipping costs

Any shipping costs will be calculated and presented at checkout before the purchase is completed. Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or when a minimum amount has been reached according to current information on our website.

5. Transport damage and loss

The customer is responsible for checking the package upon receipt. In the event of visible damage, a complaint should be made directly to the carrier and FrostGlow should be contacted immediately. In the event of failure to deliver within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, the customer should contact our customer service for further investigation.
